CLARKE COUNTY VIRGINIA

I Jackson Ashby, being of sound and disposing mind, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills by me any time made.

First After I am Dead, and Decently Buryed, I Will and bequeath to Ida L. Ashby, my beloved Wife, all my house hold, and Personal property, and all of my Money if I have any at my death.

Second I Will and bequeath to my wife, all of my real Estate, to hold, also to cut and sell anything for the maintenance for her, as long as she remains my Widow, after her death, Each one of my heirs shall share and share a like.

I nominate and appoint my beloved Wife Ida L. Ashby, as my Executrix, with out bond and security.

I hereunto subscribe my name and afix my seal to this my Last Will and Testament, which is written without any interlineation this 27th day October 1933.
