Lois Aigner, 94, of Aurora, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at Provena Mercy Center. She was born in East Grandforks, Minnesota; a daughter of the late William and Rose (Williams) Kelly. Lois loved to sew, enjoyed crossword puzzles and was very proud of her Irish heritage. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Aurora.
Her family members include: her husband, Roland of Aurora; her daughter, Carol (Robert) Orta of Aurora; two grandsons, Jesse LeRette and Jason LeRette; and a great-grandson, Cody Michael LeRette.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Ralph Kelly and four sisters, Patricia Kresser, Maxine Wysocki, Agnes Weir and Edna Rose Seppla.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 28, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 620 5th St., Aurora. Father Dean Russell will officiate and burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Monday, at the church, from 10:00 AM until the time of services.
