MRS. JESSIE ACKER DIES AT 75.
Mrs. Jessie L Acker, 75, for many years a resident of Wheaton, died Friday afternoon while a patient at the Bellevue Sanitarium in Waterman, Illinois.
She and her husband john J. Acker had been living in DeKalb, Illinois.
Born in Chicago in 1879, she was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, and Rebekah Lodge, all in Wheaton, Illinois.
she leaves her husband, a son harold D. Acker of 508 E. Willow St., Wheaton, Illinois, a daughter Mrs. Catherine A. Weaver of Hammond, Ind., for brothers and a sister, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Trinity Church, Wheaton, Illinois. friends may call at the Hanerhoff Chapel in Wheaton, on Sunday.
