Bertha Loveland Armani, 72, of 1231 Avery Ave., died Saturday at home after a brief illness.
She was born in Oswego and lived in Syracuse for more than 70 years.
She was a communicant of St. Brigid's and Joseph's Church.
She is survived by her husband, Frank J. Armani; eight daughters, Dolores Deon, Shirley Murray, Bonnie Plopper, all of Syracuse, Marie Reynolds of Hornell, Wilma Printup, Charlotte Deon of Elbridge, Pearl Dery of Central Square, Fran Grimes of California; two sons, Leonard Perry of Hornell and Kenneth Badgley of Liverpool; a sister Clara Fletcher of Syracuse; 54 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Bagozzi Twins Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Bridged and St. Joseph's Church. Burial will be in Oakwood Morningside Cemetery
