Josiah Boswell and Honour Boswell were married Oct/Nov/Dec 1854 at Barnstaple, Devonshire, England
[England & Wales, FreeBMD Marriage Index, 1837-1915]
San Francisco Call 5 Feb 1901 page 9
Oakland Tribune 23 Mar 1901 page 5 col 6
Oakland Tribune, 29 Mar 1901 page 8 col. 1
Note: Local News Agencies and other outsiders understood very little about the line of succession with respect to Gypsy "royalty." Although they did their best to make sense out of relationships, some accounts surmised that Hameline Palmer was the father of Onnar Boswell. This is not possible, as Hameline was born about 1837, twelve years after Onnar's birth. However, it is thought by some that Onnar and Hameline's wife, Odessa, were Boswell sisters.
