Elizabeth M. Ozelski, 84, of Suffield, beloved wife of the late Joseph E. Ozelski passed away Sunday, (November 25, 2012) at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center, Windsor. Born July 18, 1928 in Shamokin, PA daughter of the late Joseph and Nellie (Romanowski) Sabol she grew up in Shamokin, PA lived in Shelton and later moved to Suffield. She worked as a waitress and was a home maker and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by a daughter, Teresa A. Russell and her husband, Bryce of Suffield; three sons, Joseph B. Ozelski and his companion, Holly Jacobs of Shelton, John A. Ozelski and his wife, Cheryl of Elkland, PA, James R. Ozelski and his wife, Karen of Naugatuck, Cynthia Ozelski of Shelton; two brothers, Albert Sabol and his wife, Janet of Shamokin, PA, Bernard Sabol and his wife, Marie of Mansfield, PA; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Ruth Ozelski Mazarro and Salvatore Mazarro of Lynbrook, NY, sister-in-law, Ruth Sabol of Northfield, VT eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Sabol. Special thanks to the staff at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center. Burial will be at the convenience of her family.
