Mrs. Mary Wofford Fogle, 92, of Cameron, died Monday evening, Monday, April 7, 2008, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 10, in the Four Holes Baptist Church, with the Rev. Tom
McElhaney officiating. Burial will be in the Four Holes Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gerald Dukes, Tommy Bozard, Wayne Till, Bob Wofford, Henry Duncan Wofford and John Fogle. Mrs. Fogle was born in Newberry, a daughter of
the late Henry C. Wofford and Ella Bell Duncan Wofford. She was a graduate of Orangeburg Nursing School and retired from TRMC as a LPN. She was a life long
member of Four Holes Baptist Church, the Adult Sunday School class No.2 and the Byron Reed Circle of the WMU. Mrs. Fogle was a member of the Eutaw Chapter of
the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by a son, S. D. Fogle III; two
brothers, W. Sam Wofford and Thompson Connor Wofford; and was the widow of Samuel Daniel Fogle Jr. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Frances Heape of Cameron; brother, Henry D. Wofford of Johnston; four grandchildren, Mary Lynd
Heape of Cameron, Jamie Heape Parker of Cameron, Stephanie Fogle Stelle of Macon, Ga. and S. D. Fogle IV of North; three great-grandchildren.
