Arlene N. Rosenboom, 79, of Chatsworth, died Tuesday (March 30, 1999) at Fairview Haven, Fairbury.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Hager Memorial Home, Chatsworth.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Chatsworth United Methodist Church, where she was a member. The Rev. Steve Kettlecamp will officiate.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.
Memorials may be made to MADD, CAPS or Fairview Haven.
She was born July 12, 1919 in Chatsworth, the daughter of Charles F. and Nellie M. Glabe Shafer.
Her husband, Kenneth Rosenboom, whom she married Sept. 15, 1940 in Chatsworth, died Nov. 20, 1985.
Surviving are two daughters and one son-in-law, Patricia and Donald Baker of Fairbury and Sherry Rosenboom of Riverton; one son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Roz Rosenboom of Tucson, Ariz.; one sister, Elma Trinkle of Chatsworth; one brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Ruth Shafer of Chatsworth; and 10 grandchildren.
Deceased are one sister and three grandchildren.
She was a graduate of Chatsworth High School and was self-employed as a Shaklee coordinator for 25 years, as well as being a milliner for many years.
She was a member of the Chatsworth Women's Club.
