Dies Sunday
While Hunting
Funeral service were held
Wednesday afternoon at the
Kirby funeral Home Chapel
for John Lewis Fry, 45, El
dorado route one. He died
Sunday while deer hunting
northeast of his home in
Fairview township.
Born August 28, 1931 at
Oil Hill, Mr Fry was a
lifetime resident of the El
Dorado area, He was the son
of Mr and Mrs Elzie Lewis
Fry (Beulah Dunlap). He
married Pat Ratcliff in El
dorado on June 24, 1951.
She survives.
He was a member of the
Fairview Baptist church and
a veteran of the Korean War.
He was self employed.
Rev Joe Chapman, pastor
of the Fairview Baptist ch-
urch, officiated at the ser-
vices, Burial was in the
Fairview Towship cemet-
ery. Mrs Dorothy Sommers
and Mrs Wilma Sommers
sang "The Old Rugged
Cross" and "Amazing Gr-
ace" accompained by organ-
ist Mrs H W Bullerdiek.

Kansas City, Mo., Mrs.
Marie Neer, ElDorado route
four, Mrs Betty Mitchell,
haysville, and Mrs, Berniece
Glazier, Wichita; and two
grandchildren
His parents and two bro-
thers, Arthur and Bill, pre-
ceded him in death
