Gertrude Berg
Funeral for Gertrude Berg, a Portland area resident since 1941, will be a 11 a.m. Wednesday in Skyline Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will be in Skyline Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Berg, born in Boardman, Wis., died Saturday in a hospital in Salem, where she had gone temporarily to be near her daughter. She was 78.
Survivors include her daughter, Nedra Chapman, Salem; sons Charles Borigo, Vancouver, Wash., and Wayne Borigo, Sweet Home; seven grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
