Funeral service for Vivian Evangeline Fisher will be 2 p.m., Mon., June 27, at Musgrove-Merriott-Smith Chapel with Rev. Dennis Ritchie officiating.

She died Fri., June 24, 2005, at St. John's Medical Center, Tulsa, at the age of 68.

The daughter of Omer Kenneth and Eva Lorraine Wilcox Preston was born Dec. 6, 1936, in Walsh County, ND. She grew up and attended school in Bemidji, MN, before moving to Claremore at the age of 16. Vivian graduated from Claremore High School. On May 18, 1956, she married Ronnie Fisher and they made their home in the Sageeyah area of Claremore. Vivian had worked for Southwestern Bell, Claremore Health Center, Jack Marshall Chevrolet, and Hilti. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and enjoyed reading.

Survivors include her children: Orville Fisher and wife, Gail of Stillwater, and Rebecka "Becky" Kisner and husband, Mike of Tulsa; grandchildren: Joshua Fisher and wife, Christine of Tulsa, Miranda Brown and husband, Jason of Yale, Justice Bigler and wife, Shannon of Chouteau, Jasmine Bigler of Stillwater, and Josie and Jasper Bigler both of Stillwater; great-grandchildren: Victoria and Josephine Bigler, and great-grandchild to be, "Jelly bean"; brothers: Omer Preston, Jr. and wife, Olive, and Lanny Preston all of Bemidji, MN; sisters: Donna Settingsgard and husband, Grant of Edmore, ND; Lucine Renskers and husband, Arnie of Hibbing, MN, Lorraine Brownlee and husband, Cliff of Hoyt Lakes, MN, Candice Kilpela of Virginia, MN, Naomi Erickerson and husband, Bob of Isle, MN, Janice Bahr and husband, Delbert of Brainerd, MN, Penny Huffman and husband, George of Bemidji, MN, and Katherine Osmundson of Silver Springs MD; aunt and uncle, R.A. "Al" and Willie Jarboe of Claremore; and many other extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Ernest and Roger; and sister, Gwen Mouton.
