Born in Clinton Township, NJ, September 19, 1932, he was the son of the late Arthur G. and Ethel Lare Apgar.
He retired from Bio-Dynamics, Belle Mead, NJ, in 1994.
He was a member of the South Branch Reformed Church, South Branch, NJ.
Surviving are two sisters, Helen Jones of Hampton, NJ, and Eleanor Ann Hoffman of Lebanon, NJ; two nieces and three nephews; three great nieces and two great nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 10-11 AM in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the South Branch Reformed Church, 870 River Road, Somerville, NJ 08876.
