Mr. Dahl was born in Kohl City, Missouri on July 1, 1930, the son of the late William and Edna (Mehrhoff) Dahl.
He was the husband of Gloria "Mutz" (Blom) Dahl. They were married December 2, 1951 at St. Peters Evangelical Church, New Haven. She survives in New Haven.
Alfred is also survived by a daughter Cindy Ogden & husband Jack of Round Rock, Texas, two sisters Vera Gerling of New Haven and Dorothy Quick of New Haven, a sister-in-law Dorothy Dahl of Washington, Missouri, a brother-in-law Norris Kase of Washington, Missouri, a granddaughter Karissa Swinford & husband Karl of Pasco, Washington, two grandsons Ryan Ogden & fiance Tiffany Barnett of Edmund, Oklahoma and Evan Ogden of Round Rock, Texas and a great grandson Oliver Swinford of Pasco, Washington. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Ethel Kohlbusch and Marie Kase and a brother Vernon Dahl.
He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church, New Haven, Missouri. He was a farner and enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding horses, going to sales selling machinery and spending time with his family. He loved life and always had a positive attitude.
Visitation will be Thursday 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven, Missouri.
Funeral Services will be held at Memorial Baptist Church, New Haven, Missouri at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 6th, with Rev. Joe Nogalski officiating.
Burial will be at Dahl Family Cemetery, New Haven
