Patricia Josephine Fink, 78, of Leavenworth, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born June 5, 1936, in Leavenworth, the daughter of Ned and Josephine (Sherley) Rush.

On March 2, 1954, she married Gerald Fink at St. Francis de Sales Church in Lansing. He preceded her in death on May 13, 1996. She was also preceded in death by a baby sister, a brother, Lonnie Rush, a sister, Kathy Fink and a grandson, Daniel Fink.
She is survived by her children, Terri Moritz of Leavenworth, Leo (Toni) Fink of Leavenworth, David (Amy) Fink of Paola, Kan., Kenny (Becky) Fink of Leavenworth, Debbie Fink of Leavenworth, Janet Hensley of Leavenworth, Diana (Fred) Cowing of Lansing and Chris (Sandi) Fink of Lansing: 26 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Bob (Bea) Rush, Sherley (Leo) Baragary, Loretta (Jim) Murphy, Terry (Sue) Rush and Ed (Sharon)Rush.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2014, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Francis de Sales Church, with Rev. William McEvoy as celebrant. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Kansas Special Olympics or the American Cancer Society.
