Mrs. Eva K. Lewis of 240 Lewis Road, Hampstead, died Wednesday July 20, 1988 in Britthaven of Wilmington. Born in Pender County on Aug. 20, 1899, she was the daughter of the late Albert Duane King and Annie Elizabeth Sidbury King. Her siblings were Lillian E. King born in 1892; Adrian S. King born in 1894; and Dennis King born in 1896. She was preceded in death by her husband IVEY WILLIAM LEWIS, SR. in November 1955. She was followed in death by her children, IVEY WILLIAM LEWIS, JR. born in 1924; VERNON KING LEWIS who was born in 1925; and MARY ELIZABETH LEWIS KING , seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. V. A. (Melba) Moore of Wilmington, and Mrs. Z. L. (Lillian Edna) Thompson of Hamptead.
