9 Oct 1994: Services will be Saturday for Ethwin Mae Darling Gardner, 88, who died Jan. 29 in Las Vegas. Born in Kirkville, she lived in Las Vegas the last nine years. Surviving are two sons, Robert and Gerald of Las Vegas; two step-daughters, Mary Damon of Tennessee and Rayma Greiner of East Syracuse; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Her husband, Raymond, a daughter, Beverly Van Duran, and a son, Richard, died previously. Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. at Kirkville United Methodist Church Cemetery on Poolsbrook Road.
