Mrs. Dora Peyton Dies In Chickasha Monday
Mrs. Dora Peyton, 66, former Stroud citizen, died Monday in a Chickasha hospital following a short illness.
The deceased was a sister of Miss Julia Clayton, Mark Clayton and Mrs. H. O. Shuff of Stroud. At the time of her death, she had been visiting her daughter near Chickasha.
Mrs. Peyton was preceded in death by her husband, Elvus, by three years. She lived in this vicinity several years ago.
Funeral services were held (today) Thursday in the Cushing Christian church.
