RUTH "NINNY" HOGAN, 69, of Tampa died Saturday at Delta Health Care Center. A lifelong resident, she worked in the maintenance department for Swift Mudd and was a member of Full Gospel Church. She is survived by four daughters, Mary Goodwin and Marjorie Sears of Land O' Lakes and Martha Storm and Shirley Vaughn of Tampa; three brothers, Loden Harmening and Earl Harmening of Tampa and Willie Farmer of Dover; four sisters, Christine Cable, Barbara Stoy and Marlene Farmer of Tampa and Erma Clark of California; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
