Mrs. Pearl Irene Goodrich, a resident of the Gallatin valley since 1929, died yesterday after a lingering illness of several years.

Mrs. Goodrich was born Pearl Irene Warden, the daughter of James Robert and Anna Kathryn Warden in Redfield, S. D. She was married to Glen Goodrich in Redfield on June 7, 1916. They moved to Montana in 1917 settling near Rapelje, and moved to the Gallatin valley in 1929.

Survivors include her husband; a son, James Goodrich of Bozeman; a daughter, Mrs. Emmett (Nadine) Patrick of Bozeman and a sister, Mrs. Carl Sprunger of Mitchell, S. D.
