Wanda Lea Little Andrews, age 67, passed away at 6:36 pm, Sunday, November 23, 2014 at her home following an illness.
Wanda was born June 30, 1947 in Baxter Springs, KS. to William Lee and Betty Joe Wood Little. She had lived in the area most of her life.
She graduated from Columbus High School in 1966. She was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith. Wanda enjoyed craft work, but her greatest interest was her grandkids and family.
She married Larry Gene Andrews on September 15, 1968 in Columbus, KS. He survives.
Additional survivors include one daughter, Teresa Turnbough (husband, Sonny) Columbus; two brothers, Bobby Little, Turk, KS and Jimmie Little, Columbus; four sisters, Linda Duree, Baxter Springs, Barbara Jeffrey, McCune, KS, Betty Burton, Columbus, and Judy Smith, Columbus, three grandchildren , Tyler Turnbough, Chanute, KS, Jennifer Turnbough, Frontenac, KS, Gracelynn Turnbough, Columbus, and one great grandson, Johnovyn Turnbough. Twelve nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
Her parents and one brother, William Lee Little Jr. preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Derfelt Funeral Home, Columbus, KS. Galen Zook will officiate. Burial will be at Park Cemetery, Columbus, KS.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 8:00 pm, Tuesday November 25 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in care of the funeral home.
