Professional Wrestler. Known as "Fabulous Moolah", she was the longest reigning Women's Champion in sports-entertainment history. She began her wrestling career in the 1940s and was the WWE Women's World Champion for 28 years from 1956 to 1984. In 1995, she was inducted into the WWF Hall of Fame, becoming the first female wrestler ever to receive that honor.

Born Mary Lillian Ellison in Tookieboo, S. C., the daughter of Henry
and Mary Ellison was raised by her Father and twelve brothers.
After passing of her beloved Mother at 40 years of age, Moolah,
a beloved Mother and Grandmother, also loving and appreciative
of family, friends and fans. The "Goddess of The Squared Circle", the Fab
won her 1st Pro Wrestling Match in 1999, won The Ladies World's
Championship in 1956 and held the championship for 29 Years.
She was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1995. At the young
age of 80 Fabulous Moolah signed a five year contract in 2003 with Vince
McMahon and won a Pro Wrestling match on her 80th birthday in
Columbia, S. C.
