Ford L. Stafford, aged 20, of 911 South Laurel street, died of exhaustion and pneumonia at 2:20 o'clock this morning in St. Joseph hospital. He had been ill two weeks. He was born Sept. 28, 1915, in Union, Mont., and came here 15 years ago from Warsaw, Ind. He was married May 21 to Miss Donnabelle Anderson, who survives. Surviving also are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ora E. Stafford, of Mishawaka, three brothers, Lorain, Archie and John of Mishawaka; four sisters, Louise, Marie, Wanda and Wanita Ruth, of Mishawaka; his grandfather, Marion Stafford, of South Bend, and his grandmother, Mrs. Charles Circle, of Warsaw, Ind. The body may be viewed in the Fred H. Bubb chapel until the funeral at 1:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon, Rev. G. B. Rowe, pastor of Midway Gospel tebernacle, will conduct the service in the chapel. Burial will be in Springcreek cemetery, near Warsaw.
