She has resided in Sheffield area most of her entire life and was a 1942 graduate of Sheffield High School. Anna attended Tiona United Methodist Church and was a member of the Sheffield V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. She always enjoyed baking and being a grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her 4 children Marcy A. Carlson and husband, Fred of Clarendon, Pa., Gale Pierson and wife, Esther of Ludlow, Pa., Gregory Pierson and wife, Mary of Warren, Pa., Brian Pierson and wife, Tracy of Kane, Pa. of Butler, Pa., 5 grandchildren Nicole Otero and husband, Adrian, Amanda Carlson and partner, Chelsea Wallen Carlson, Sara, Andrew and Austin Pierson and 3 greatgrandchildren, several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Harley Pierson who died in 2005, 4 brothers Ludwig, Paul, Joseph and John Kujava, 2 sisters Mary Ciaramella and Helen Fornari.
