Betty M. Josias, age 61, of DeSoto, entered into rest on November 25, 2011 in St. Louis County. Betty was born October 26, 1950 in Big Creek, West Virginia, to the late Arthur B. Walther and Gordean (Cassidy) Walther. She married her loving husband, Bob Josias on April 10, 1971 in Ware, MO and leaves behind a loving family; daughters, Josie Loveless of DeSoto, Dee (Coby DeClue)Josias-Abdelkarim, brother, Eddie (Eileen) Bell of DeSoto, sister, Sherri Heckenkamp of Ware, and granddaughters, Kelli and Kerri. She was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Pueschel.
Betty worked as a Youth Care Worker for Jefferson County. She was a member of the VFW Woman's Auxiliary in DeSoto. She loved her granddaughters and gospel music.
Pastor Dave Evans will officiate the service on Wednesday.
