I am trying to link my Great Aunt Mabel's parents Anna Find A Grave Memorial# 124364109 and Han Find A Grave Memorial# 124364057 to her page. I guess I need your approval.
She was my mother's father's sister, a great person that I dearly miss and wish that I had spent more time with while she was alive.

I finally found her; can't believe I missed her the first time. Photos of her stone are now attached to her record.

|Nancy E.||Thank you|
Thank you for the info on Beatrice G. Gervais Gousse. It is most appreciated. Also, thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I am in the process of deleting the info in the bio section if I have placed it in the Birth and Death sections. I agree, why have it more than once on the page. I will keep your info on hand, in case I am in need of your assist with editing in the info to you. Many volunteers do not seem to have much info on the pages they create, that lend a hand with history, so sad. Also, bringing Beatrice's page to my attention, alerted me to the fact that I do not have her connected to her parents. I need to do that. Soo, again, thank you. This is what I do, connect their family, when possible.

|Donna Lyle Alumbaugh||Special Thanks|

|Allyn Spear||RE: Edward Spear - Pierce Hill Cem|
Thanks for the reply. Edward's mother's name was Wealthy, but was often misspelled or just plain wrong. The most difficult part has been trying to find Joshua and Wealthy Spear's place of burial. I have every reason to believe that they are buried in Montville, but I cannot find any trace of them there or in any surrounding area cemeteries.

Despite your disclaimer, I ask you to include birth and death places in the memorials you create. Many people don't want to have to troll through long and poorly-written obituaries to find locations; FindAGrave includes these fields for a purpose. They may not be searchable, but they are extremely useful. It may save you a few seconds when creating the memorial, but it will save others much more over time. There's no question that your efforts are appreciated, but leaving this data out of the headers makes no sense.

Compliments of Lana Pendergrass has posted the photo to your Find A Grave #45607208 David George Spurling. I have thanked her & she has deleted her memorial in her own behalf.
David is the son of Hervey Merton Spurling & Daisy Mae Abbott. I was trying to connect the family but cannot find the burial of Hervey Merton Spurling.
Anyway, not sure what your family ties might be but you now have a photo

The passage we shared with you from the Find A Grave Q & A section was quoted to us from other memebers, and also from the Find A Grave team in a
email referring to words on gravestones, rather photographed or noted from a stone and submitted to be added to memorials. We are sure there can be a compromise of some sort. :)
As always, thank you for your time.

|Karen Varney||Thomas and Agnes|
Thomas and Agnes were my great, great grandparents also. William was my great grandfather, and Annie was my grandmother. I have seen your name on a lot of the Walton information, so I figured we must be related. Any information that will help me fill in the blanks would be appreciated. I took a trip to Unity today, but I got here too late to visit the historical society. Maybe next year! (Visiting from Florida)

Thanks Bev and no problem. The mix-up has happened before. The pictures were not the best - the stones could use some cleaning up. I keep forgetting to take water with me to soften the stuff on the stones so I can scrap it off.

Thank you Bev, for transferring mom's Find a Grave to me. I've left what you wrote as it was written by her for her obit. I appreciate how well you put it together and admire your activity here. I an sorry for your loss last year.

|Paula Mae Deprey||RE: Rolande and Gilbert|
Sorry, but my life doesn't revolve around Find-a-Grave and I didn't see your links when I added mine. I still don't appreciate your name as contributor for the work I did. That's as bad as stealing. No one cares if one person is accidentally put in twice. I have enough to worry about in my life right now and don't need your corrections or criticisms on something so trivial. All the uncles and aunts, along with the parents that I added in myself, I expect to see my name as contributor and not yours. Fix this and stop contacting me please.

Need a hand -
Old Holy Rosary Cemetery located on Route 1 New Sweden Road Caribou
New Holy Rosary Cemetery located on Lower Lyndon Street Caribou
Seems all the entries on FindAGrave are conjoined together. How do we split them so they show the proper location?

|Duke Thatcher||Oscar Benn|
Bev: Thanks for the correction. I checked on Ancestry.com and I found Mr. Benn's birth record giving his middle name as Packard (per an affidavit by his mother Martha). I'll add a note to his bio that his daughter's obituary gives his middle name as Percival. Pretty odd.

I am trying fix the errors I have found on this site. My mom is Margaret Cummings she is the daughter of Alexander Donald Cummings born on May 21, 1921, he is still alive last I knew he was living in Whitefield, Maine. My grandmother is Dora Guptill Cummings born January 8, 1924, she passed away on June 21, 1987. My grandparents were married on October 21 1946 into she passed away. My grandparents had a son named Alexander Thomas Cummings born March 23, 1954 and He passed away May 2002, I can't remember what day in May. This is the information I know that is why I'm trying fix it.

|Me||Pierre Poulin (Pooler)|
As regards your question, I actually don't know where Pierre is buried. I do know he attended Sacred Heart Church, but I do not know the cemetery associated with that church.
I had originally entered 'unknown' for cemetery, but I was informed that unknown cemeteries are deleted routinely. It was not clear whether Pierre's entire entry would be deleted, so I put my best guess in and was hoping to correct it in the future.
Do you have any recommendations? Thanks, Lorraine
