Hi, I am related to Colby Rackliffe and would like very much to have his obituary. I do not always put obituaries On Find A Grave as try to go by their guide lines. Thanks for asking, Donna

I found a WONDERFUL surprise just now. Thank you so very much for transferring my GG parents to me.
It must have been some time ago, and please forgive me for not noticing sooner. I have been working on some Quaker memorials in Pennsylvania....
I so appreciate the gift of being able to care for their memorials..... I really appreciate it.
Many Blessings to You and Yours in the New Year,

Are you a Tyler researcher? I see your name on a few of the Tylers in Maine, so I'm just curious if there's a connection to "my" Tylers.
Thanks for all your work on this site,

This is very thoughtful of you & I do appreciate my previous being the memorial to stay.

No, I am not related to her. I was at the cemetery taking pictures of my family members. The cemetery is small so I just took pictures of everything.

J S Wilson military grave at City Point National Cem: 3075802
John S Wilson card in ME Vets Cem Records:
"Cemetery: Enclosed ground Mead Station"
"Co. H, 19th Inf."
That card agrees with the note at the City Point memorial.
The Knox stone looks new .. and is not in ME Vets Recs.
Perhaps Knox locals have the story.

|Darleene Shorey Stubbs||Bert Cooper at Find A Grave|
(Bert Cooper at Find A Grave}
I expect you will not remember me but I went to school in Unity and rode the bus with Floyd and Raymond. My name is Virginia Darleene Shorey Stubbs. I have been researching my family for some time now but I am just beginning to search out the Shorey/Reynolds line. I have just joined Find A Grave and stumbled upon your name in connection with my grandmother Shorey's half brother Bert Almon Cooper. I knew and was friends with his daughter Estelle. I am hoping to find the grave of Bert's mother, Mary. Would you please share with me what it is you do and perhaps more of Bert's genealogy if you can. I appreciate all the research you have apparently done and wish to thank you for sharing your research with others. You will find me at firstname.lastname@example.org Again, thank you.
