Thank you so much for the photo. I wasn't even sure there was a marker. Her husband is buried with his second wife, so I won't create a memorial for him at this cemetery.

RE: Ciil War Soldiers
Firstly as I wrap up the last of the photos taken at Fairlawn I want to thank you for working along in responding so quickly to the edits. That has be every helpful and is very appreciated .
Were you working from a transcription
or a burial record? There are many infant burials with no stone present. I will be adding the rest of the Civil Veterans over the next few days.

Thanks again
Steve Baker

Thanks for the recent transfer as requested. I wish others were as punctual as you. I have requested twice, each on a few others and have heard nothing. Need more like you.

Thank you so much for the Memorial Transfer, I really appreciate it very much.

We are doing fine and spending more time with our grand children now that school is out for summer break.

It has been in the high 90's and hitting the 100 mark on several days this past two weeks. That is pretty hot for the Willamette Valley in Oregon, and they say we are in for at least another week or more of the same.

Wishing you and your family a Great 4th of July Holiday.

Thanks Again! David

RE: Waler Unversaw
The original name was Unverzagt, but all of Andrew's children changed it to Unversaw. We would also be related to the Unverzagts who didn't change their name.

Susana Stuck's parents were Peter Stuck(1780-1849) and Mary George (1784-1851)both buried at Round Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis.

Thanks for all the work you have done on Find A Grave. I have found almost everybody I have been looking for, except for George Michael Unversaw and Susana Stuck. They lived in Morgan County when they died but I haven't found their graves. I'll keep looking.

May I use the grave stone picture on Whitney Morris Day's memorial for his wife, Alice M. Day's memorial? Her name is on the stone as well and I don't have any pictures of her or the stone. Very much appreciated if you would.

Thank you,

LLinda M. Sayers Vore

Hi Dave,

Sorry about that! I try to fit everything into the edit feature in the first 5 lines, but sometimes I'm not sure about a date or something like that.

I hope you had a wonderful vacation with your family. It's almost too muggy to go outside, I like to be inside where it's cool!

RE: Waler Unversaw
Hi,Andrew Unverzagt had 9 children. I am descended from child # 2, George Michael Unversaw and his wife Susana Stuck.
Walter was descended from the child #9, Henry Clay Unversaw and his wife Rosette Ward, who was Susana Stuck's niece.

I have been trying to add to the Unversaw family history and would love to see what you have.

I found the town in Germany where they came from and was able to visit it last year. I have the name of the only Unverzagt remaining in that town.

You have written that she was born in Monat.
Monat is German for "month". Probably the tombstone
says that she was born in the "month" of September not in a place named Monat.
I am part of the Gunter family. I have been trying to find out when and from where in Germany they came from.

Dave - thank you so much for the transfers and corrections you made. This is my husband's family that I've been working on. I noticed that you also have Hitchcock in your family names. His are from Randolph Co, IN. Any connection?

Thank you again for your help.
