thank you for your help in this.. I just notice that they were the similar/same as others that had been posted before..and were a little confusing because it was a 'similarity" of names but exact dates and same tombstones, as I was researching the family line and could not find records of these in that family I concluded these were errors. thank you for helping me clear it up.

Susannah Wyman

Thanks for posting her name and grave location. She died about 1930 if you want to add a death date. How did you locate her? She was a 2x greatgrandmother and I have been searching for information.

Lottie Betts Zorn, 102079848
Wife of George Zorn. I see you are related to Mendenhall, and Lottie's mother was Susan Pearl Mendenhall Betts Hanes. Lottie was born Mary Charlotte, but always went by Lottie. I think she died because of childbirth, as her only child, was born 16 Oct, and Lottie died 23 Oct. If related would like to hear from you. Thanks.

RE: Mae Lofollett
I agree about the duplicates, but I think there is a general problem here.
People either list from cemetery records, NOT checking if a memorial already exists; others take (many) gravestone photos and enter THEIR info to Findagrave, NOT checking either if a memorial exists.
And so duplicates are created, even triplicates.
If duplicates have (much) more info than the original, I suggest that the original is deleted to save MUCH extra work (e.g. all the links, etc).
I also see MANY (THOUSANDS!) of spelling mistakes, so the next person cannot find the memorial and enters a new one in good faith.
So are created duplicates...
As some people have entered 10,000 or even 500,000 memorials, there are bound to be errors and duplicates. WHO needs to delete a duplicate then is arbitrary, I think.
Keep up the good work! A wonderful site: Findagrave!

Thank you so very much. My paternal Grandma was a serious lady, but she was MY Grandma and I loved her dearly, even if we didn't see her much due to distance and life.

Thank you so very much for all you've done. I appreciate it very much.

Thank you Dave. Lundy is my paternal grandfather and I live in Oregon. With my dad being deceased, we don't get back there much. I make it occasionally to see my aunt in St Cloud, Minnesota, but I believe they are buried at the moment in snow.

I appreciate your taking the time to do this for me. I appreciate it ever so much.

Oh wow; you poor kids and your dad, talk about abandonment issues. I can't begin to imagine what you guys went through. At least all of Killian's kids were grown when wife number 2 left; still it is different when hearing about something that happened over 100 yrs ago compared to your own lifetime...
I bet you can stay pretty busy getting that many additions/corrections a day(especially if you need to check out similar names, dates, or places etc---so many Johannes, Johns, and George's; and what was their middle name again?----to quote Dr Sam Beckett's groan, 'O boy'); certainly will keep one busy when the winter weather keeps one out of the graveyards;-)
Thanks again, Dave. Edna

That would be awesome! Thanks for the reminder on the 'edit button' I am so used to thinking that the one who puts up the original entry is the only one who can do additions. That way; I have gotten to meet new people with similar interests all over the country (and maybe pick up a long lost cousin into the bargain-2 or 3 so far).
My husband and I have found some really interesting bites about his Ambrose branch of the family; re: Killian Ambrose, George's father, was 'politely invited' to find another Church after bringing in a substitute preacher from another denomination - most likely one of the reasons that the family left PA and moved to Peru, Indiana. Then there was Killian's 2nd wife who; the story goes, ran off with everything! All the gossips must have loved it, heh heh.. Such is the spice of a family-tree climbers life!
Thanks in advance for any new tidbits you may run into; again I appreciate the great picture. Edna King
