Sorry I sent you a message the other day. Usually I look at things and leave the information that other have said alone. It is up to them to have correct information on their sites. I was in a bad mood and just wanted to correct something that was written down wrong. As for Maryland Fikes, I did not even know who she was until today when I received a message from her. I only say the information given for Jesse Collins and knew the information to be wrong as I have had several years of Jesse's son telling me the story of his father's death and his mothers 2ne marriage. I met no disrespect, only though that if you had some other information, other than a census record for another family with the same name, I would like to know.
If you did not add the information about Jesse's family I am sorry, but when I read the Find a Grave site, it had your name on it as the person who owned it and just thought I would ask. No matter who placed the information on the page, or even if you are related to the Collins, Fikes or the Snowdens, it really does not matter. I just asked a question and did so poorly. I try to help people find their families in cemeteries around my home and do a lot of genealogy in trying to find my family lines. Not try to make people unhappy with me. Whatever you with to have on your sites is fine with me. If I see something that I can add, I will and do go through the Find a Grave channels to give the information and they can decide if it is correct or not.

I found your find a grave site for Jesse Samuel Collins. It is interesting. I was wondering if you ever found anything to prove that John L Snowden and Hattie lived in Houston. The reason I asked is that they moved with Jesse's children up to Colorado. When the family broke up, John moved by himself to Florida to be with his family. Hattie died in Colorado in 1948. Just thought you might like to know. Jesse is my husbands grandfather. Hattie is his grandmother

Next time you are at the cemetery, would you mind to please copy the inscription and add it to Find A Grave and let me know? No rush. It looks like it contains his Civil War unit number at the bottom.
Thanks very much for all of the volunteer work you do at Find A Grave. I appreciate it very much.

Audra was the daughter of Sarah 'Sadie' Vinson and James Albert Jordan. I made a mistake when I tried to put in her mom's memorial number which is 15648139, I accidentally put in the number for Audra, so if you could please correct that.
Audra married Oliver E. Styles in 1910. They had two sons, Clifford Jordan 1911-1970, & Kenneth Daniel 1914-1985

|Lisbeth Blue Long||John Keck ... Lemley Cemetery|
I doubt this was your error but there appears to be a duplication of the Lemley Cemetery (one is listed as being in Daybrook, Monongalia County and the other in Wetzel County ... the photo shown is identical for both cemeteries and some graves are definitely listed in both cemeteries.
The Find A Grave Memorial(s) for John Keck and his wife are two such grave duplications. One Memorial for the grave of John Keck is #20601317 and the other is Grave Memorial #58616631.
