Bio and Links
Bio Photo Sabine County Texas cemeteries were indexed by me and a couple of helpers in 2000-2002. There are 148 identified cemeteries/burial places with 25 of these being almost lost with only faint signs of burial, to being completely lost with only a general knowledge of where the cemetery was located. I personally walked and indexed more than 135 of these. Many thanks to others that are interested in Sabine Co., TX, because of them, much progress has been made in making these memorials available to others. I am adding pictures of the markers I have taken, corrections and links to family members.

I have many of the Sabine County cemeteries completely photographed and hope to someday complete all of them. I have recently completed photographing Hemphill City, Munnerlyn, Low's Chapel and Spring Hill Cemeteries. Now I am trying to identify unmarked graves and get duplicates and cremated memorial placed out of the cemeteries. I have begun photographing Gravel Hill.

I no longer live in Sabine County, but I have lots of Sabine County family information. I am continually researching Sabine County families and linking . I would be honored to take care of any Sabine County memorial that you would like to transfer to me.

I have walked where my ancestors walked, laughed where my ancestors laughed, and cried where my ancestors cried.

I cannot think why I would go with a book over a death certificate. Having this duplicate may make it possible for a close family member to fill in blanks. I find children often have tiny markers often covered by time and tide. I have nothing positive to place JBG in either cemetery.

The map the census record generates is SW of Montgomery Al. My family verbal history Says the family name of James Greene Coats Sr, my great grand father from Alabama was interrupted by the naming of his father was some how different although James was still a long time family name even back then

Thanks for the link. I hate it when memorials have no one attached. Thanks again, Kay

The marked with the top broken off, not the three bricks one, belongs to Danny Jones, brother to the one with the angel next to it, who is his sister Alpha Jones, who were the children of William Emery and Elizabeth Jones, both buried in Melrose Baptist church cemetery in Nacogdoches Co., Texas.

Thank you for transferring my g-grandparents memorials to me.

Would you please transfer, Ellen Watkins, my g-grandmother's other memorial #81360038.

Are you a descendant of William Pace? If your Pace line descends from William Pace, whom immigrated to Tejas in 1826 from Louisiana, then our ancestors lived next to each other in East Louisiana before they came to Tejas.
