|Nathan Thomas Taylor||Memorial for Vivian E. Gregg|
Hi, Carole Selby. My name is Nathan Thomas Taylor. I am a very distant relative of Vivian Elaine Carpenter (maiden name Williams; first married name Gregg; second married name Carpenter). I believe you have created an online memorial for her as Vivian E. Gregg on Find A Grave at http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=gregg&GSiman=1&GScid=820952&GRid=35163953& . I am working on writing her biography along with short biographies of hundreds of other ancestors and relatives. I have only recently started on her file, so I don't have a lot of details yet other than a few names, dates, and locations associated with her. However, I have found her obituary.
Vivian's obituary appeared on Thursday 25 February 2010 in "The Daily & Sunday Jeffersonian" newspaper and online news site of Cambridge, Ohio as follows. VIVIAN E. GREGG CARPENTER – 1919–2010. QUAKER CITY – Vivian Elaine Gregg Carpenter, 90, died Tuesday (February 23, 2010) at her home, with her family by her side. She was born March 6, 1919, daughter of the late Joseph and Laura (Oliver) Williams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Gregg, whom she married November 23, 1937; her second husband, Glenard "Tuck" Carpenter; and two brothers, Richard and Wayne Williams. She leaves four children, Dwain (Marilyn) Gregg, Delmar (Jane) Gregg, Nellie (Carl) McEndree, and Shirley (Steve) Harris, all of Quaker City; a sister Zona Virginia Elikan of Salesville; nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Quaker City, where services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Roger Pittman officiating. Burial will follow in Friends Cemetery, Quaker City. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Guernsey, P. O. Box 1165, 9711 East Pike, Cambridge, Ohio 43725. (Obituary source: http://www.daily-jeff.com/obituaries/2010/02/25/vivian-e-gregg-carpenter-1919-2010 )
I don't know if you are related to Vivian or not. If you are willing to transfer her Find A Grave online memorial to me, I will add her obituary and other details. However, if you wish to continue managing her online memorial, please feel free to add her obituary, and I will gladly send you more information about her when I find it.

You posted a burial record for this person on 27 Feb 2013, Mem #105898506 in Northwood Cemetery, Guernsey Co, OH. Do you by any chance live near this cemetery? I think this may be a relative of mine, but need more info. The caretaker of the cemetery should have records giving all the info available about this burial. If you do, could you get this info for me and also take a picture of the gravestone. I have been looking for him for several years. I would really appreciate it.
|MarLa||Abraham Albin # 50765637|
Could you confirm with your source that there are TWO wives for Abraham buried in the same cemetery? Ancestry.com has only one - Mary Elizabeth. You have 1 Elizabeth & 1 Mary Elizabeth, with dates & a photo for Mary Elizabeth.
I'm asking because I found 3 of their children & would like to link them to the right mother. I believe Mary Elizabeth may have gone by Elizabeth.

|Jeanette Getz Krunich||Birmingham Cemetery|
I have taken pictures of all the markers I can read at Birmingham Cemetery. Several are not on the list but are in the graveyard. I can this be reconciled? I found a Michael Eugene Gaumer 1960 to 1979 but in the list there is a Michael Gumer 1860 to 1879. Also I have a few extra names not on list. One for example is Annie McGrew Bailey 1865-1930. Please let me know what I should do. Jeanette Krunich
