After retirement from being an elementary school teacher, I have become more involved in genealogy. Visiting cemeteries has helped me complete some missing facts of my ancestors. Since it is impossible to visit all the locations where ancestors are buried, I have found findagrave.com to be a way to see the stones of many of my ancestors.|
Memorials that I have created in Newton, Barry and McDonald Counties, Missouri, and Ottawa County, Oklahoma, are not related to me. I have found these stones walking cemeteries and taking photos of the stones. I would be happy to transfer any of these memorials to family members. The reason that I have added photos is to help families find their ancestors.
Please do not post death certificates or obits in the photo section of memorials that I maintain. I would like for this space to be available for descendants to add personal photos. Thank you for helping with this.

After reading your bio, I see that you may not be related to Samuel Everett Clanton and Mary Louise Clanton. If this be the case, I would love to have their memorials transferred to me since my maiden name was Clanton. My membership # is 46771921. Although they are not part of my immediate family, they are related. I would then transfer them on to a closer relative should I receive such a request. Thanks for your consideration.
Thank you so much for providing the gravestone photo and closeups for Samuel Everett Clanton and his wife, Mary Louise Clanton.

I've placed the request to have Kim's memorial removed.

I'm fairly certain that this memorial is the daughter of one of my memorials.
Thomas P. Connor, #97213472. Thomas is buried in Denver at Fairmount Cemetery.

I mulled this one over for a while, trying to figure out correct last name. Rather confusing.
Until maybe a family member can straighten it out,
will go with name on marker.
thank you for your email. Betty

Thanks for the picture of his military marker, we hope you do not mine if we post it on his page at our web site.
As you can read we are a small group who have spent thousand of hours documenting the deaths of all those who died in Vietnam.

Thank you very much for your photo of Mary Frances' headstone. So sad the way she died. Thanks again!
