She was born at Cedar Grove on Sept 15, 1853 and was married there to Henry J Sweemer on March 25, 1874. Forty years ago the family moved to this city.
Besides her husband , she is survived by her three daughters and two sons: Mrs. E. Zweiner, Mrs. Anna Lengfield and Mrs. D Howard, all of Chicago; William of Spencer , and John of this city. There is a sister Jane Hopemann of Lime Springs, Iowa and three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services at Ramm Funeral Home, with the Rev. E.H. Oppermann of Ebenezer Reformed Church officiating. Burial will be made in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
