Aja was 5 years old when she was found dead in her home along with her three sisters (N'kiah Fogle, Tatianna Jacks and Brittany Jacks). Her nickname was "Red Baron" She attended Meridian Charter Public Charter School. She loved coloring, drawing, jumping rope and playing with her dolls. She also loved Sponge Bob and Dora the Explorer.
Her mother was later convicted in her death.
After the death of the sisters, a massive investigation into the Washington D.C. Child and Family services was launched by the Mayor of Washington D.C.
As a result six people were fired for failing to take action to help the girls before it was too late.
