Graveside services for Elaine Allard, 88, of the Sand Flat community will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, in Sand Flat Cemetery near Tyler with the Rev. Craig Little officiating. Arrangements are under direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.
Mrs. Allard passed away on Nov. 12, 2012, in Lindale. She was born in the Sand Flat community on Sept. 16, 1924, to R.C. and Dollie Wade and was a graduate of Winona High School and Tyler Commercial College.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Allard; siblings, Christine Dodd, Alton Wade, Rayford Wade; and son-in-law, Steve Baggett.
Mrs. Allard is survived by her son, Chuck Allard and wife Barbara of Tyler; daughter, Cate Baggett of Tyler; and grandson, David Baggett of Beaumont.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sand Flat Cemetery Association, c/o Ted McDowell, 1630 County Road 313 W., Tyler, 75706-2812.
