BLACKVILLE - Mrs. Celecia B. Brown, died Saturday at her home after a long illness. She was born in Barnwell County, a daughter of the late Stephen and Judy Bates. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Alma Z. Brown of Aiken; a son, Talmadge Brown of Blackville; 20 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Services will be 3:30 p.m. Thursday in St. Peter Church in Elko with burial in Blackville Cemetery. Green's Funeral Home is in charge.
