Charles S. Hoyt
---Charles S. Hoyt, 69, passed away at Oaklawn hospital, at 9:30 o'clock Sunday morning, after a three weeks' illness.
---He was born Feb. 12, 1872, in Eaton county, and moved to Fredonia township when a small boy, residing there ever since. He was the son of Samuel P. and Mary Jane Hoyt.
---Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Charles Lutz of Marshall, and Mrs. Anna Hartwell of Puenta, Calif.; three brothers, Perry of Jackson, John of Fredonia, and Ira of Fredonia, also several nieces and nephews.
---Funeral services will be held at the Kelser funeral home at 2:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Interment will follow in Houston cemetery, Fredonia township, the Rev. J. N. Norton of Athens to be the officiating clergyman.

Funeral services for Charles S. Hoyt of Fredonia township who passed away at Oaklawn hospital, Sunday morning, after three weeks of illness, were held at the Kelser Funeral home at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon. Rev. J. E. Norton of Athens was the officiating clergyman, and pallbearers were relatives. interment occurred in Houston cemetery, Fredonia township.
