James B. Tucker Jr., 75 of RFD 3, South Road, South Kingstown, a former driver, died yesterday at St.Joseph Hospital, North Providence. He was the husband of Anna M. (Fisher) Tucker. Born in South Kingstown, he was a son of the late James B. and Ruth E. (Pierson) Tucker. Mr. Tucker Worked for the former Holley's Transportation & Moving Co., South Kingstown, for many years before retiring in 1974. He was a member of the Curtis Corner Baptist Church. He was a former member of the Perryville Grange. Besides his wife he leaves a son, Harry B. Tucker of South Kingstown; two daughters, Kathy A. Dame of North Stonington, Conn., and Jean M. Hange of South Kingstown; two sisters, Viola T. Sherman and Pearl T. Lillibridge both of South Kingstown; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held Thursday at the Avery Funeral Home, 58 Columbia St., South Kingstown. Burial was in New Fernwood Cemetery, South Kingstown.
