Viola A. Sherman, 90, formerly of Riverside Bridge, Wakefield, died Friday at home. She was the wife of the late Norman B. Sherman.

Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late James D. and Ruth E. (Pearson) Tucker.

Mrs. Sherman was a cook for families in South County, and a former member of the Perryville Grange.
