Wile, Mary Maxine – 74, Truro passed away November 19, 2012 in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born at Three Mile Plains, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Ada (Ettinger) Caldwell. Mary retired from the Best Western Glengarry then took up the hobby of bass fishing. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and especially family gatherings. Mary is survived by daughter, Linda Montena; sons, Howard, Dean, Gary (Doris), Scott (Lucy), all of Truro, Terry, Alberta; brothers, Clarence (Shirley), Paul (Lynn), both of Windsor, Bill (Sandy), Ont.; sisters, Helen Wile, Windsor, Sharon (Dave) Pratt, Belmont; sons-in-law, Eric (Sharron) Sandeson, Ken DeCoste; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by husband, Murray; daughters, Christine Sandeson, Janet Robben; brothers, Hermon, Johnny, Hallie; sisters, Jean Barkhouse, Mabel Hart; grandchildren, Jason Wile, Stacey and Roddy Sandeson. No visitation by request. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 24 at 11:00 a.m. in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro with Rev. Larry Harrison officiating. Interment in Belmont Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Colchester East Hants Hospice Society. Live web-casting of the service will begin on Saturday at 10:58 am (Atlantic Time) and is available along with on-line condolences and donations at www.colchestercommunity.com
