AGE: 45 EAST AMWELL TOWNSHIP
Sharon Raics, age 45 years, of East Amwell Township, died Thursday, (Sept. 11, 2008) at Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township. Born in Phillipsburg, July 4, 1963, she was the daughter of Joyce Rush Snover of Washington, and the late Ronald Bittner. She had formerly resided in Bedminster. A graduate of Warren Hills Regional High School, Washington, she was an administrative assistant with Ethicon, Inc., in Bridgewater.

She was a member of Flemington United Methodist Church, Flemington, and was active in Habitat For Humanity, and also in several other charitable activities.

She was predeceased by her father; and her stepfather, James Snover.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her husband, Patrick Raics; and three sisters, Michelle Peacock of Waycross, Ga., Lisa Winkler of Kunkletown, Pa., and Lynne Bittner of Ringoes.

Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main St., Flemington. Interment will be private. Calling hours are 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 at the funeral home.
