She was born in Tattnall County and lived in Metter most of her life. She was a member of Cedar Street Baptist Church and a homemaker.
SURVIVORS: three sons, James W. Brantley Jr. and Stanley Brantley, both of Metter, and M.L. Brantley of Cobbtown; four daughters, Sue Nelson of Grant, Ala., Kay Moseley of Orange Park, Fla., Brenda Cannon of Alpharetta and Janelle Thompson of Stockbridge; a sister, Geraldine Baugh of Naples, Fla.; and four granddaughters.
VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. today at Spivey Funeral Home, Metter.
FUNERAL: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Street Baptist Church, burial in Sunlight Cemetery, Cobbtown.
