Joseph Andrew Jenkins, 64 of Red River Parish, died on Sunday, September 25, 2011, at his residence.

He was born on Sunday, August 31, 1947 in Natchitoches, Louisiana,

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harrison and Maxie Welch Jenkins; paternal grandparents, Andrew and Hannah Pierce Jenkins; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Maude Lambert Welch; brother, Charles Ray Jenkins; sister, Dawnn Jenkins Jordan; mother in law, Bettie J. Smith; brother in laws, Hulon D. Jennings and Durwood Long; niece, Rhonda Jo Jennings; nephews, Shelby C. Hutto II and Richard C. Jennings and great nephew, Bryce Manasco.

He is survived by his lifelong companion and devoted wife of fifteen years, Dianne Camper-Jenkins of Red River Parish ; three daughters, Jennifer Caudillo and husband Sam of McAllen, TX; Tammy Olson of Florida; and Star L. and husband Ken Arnold of Dallas, TX; six sisters, MarJo Jennings and husband Dan Daube of The Woodlands, TX; Judy Long of Maud, TX; Hannah LaCour and husband Dickie of Palmer, AK; Monita Olive and husband R.B. of Katy, TX and LaFaune Dubois of Bossier City, LA; Wafa Dean Manasco and husband Bobbie of Robeline, LA; two brother in laws, Tom "Pnut" Hughes and wife Martha and Larry Camper and wife Yolanda; grandchildren, Alexis, Sammy, Chole, Brianna, Jenna and Anthony Caudillo and Raine and Chanley Olson along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends and a host of cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hickory Grove Congregtional Methodist Church, Robeline, LA with Velton Jordan officiating.

Graveside Memorial will be determined at a later date. Family and friends will be invited at that time.
