CONCORDIA — Ethel G. Pearce, 82, Concordia, died Monday, June 22, 1998, at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia. Mrs. Pearce was born Ethel G Beauregard on March 16, 1916, at Concordia and was a resident of McAllen, Texas, before returning to Concordia about 10 years ago. She was a homemaker and attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Concordia.
Her husband, James S. died in 1975.
Survivors include a daughter, Jolene Best of Houston; two sisters, Maxine Turner of San Diego and Beatrice Hebert of Concordia; and two granddaughters.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Chapel, Concordia, the Rev. Kevin Franklin officiating. Burial will be in St. Concordia Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Gideons International or Cloud County Developmental Center at Concordia School District in care of the funeral home. Visitation will be after 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, 325 W. Sixth, Concordia 66901.
