Services for Mr[s]. Lois McClanahan Goins were held Monday, September 21 at the Bethany Baptist Church in Hebert with Rev. Billy Carter and Dr. W. M. Causey officiati[ng]. Burial followed in the church cemetery under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home.

Mrs. Goins, 55, of Hebert died Sunday, September 20, at E. A. Conway Hospital in Monroe.

She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby and Annie McClanahan.

Survivors include her husband: Forrest Goins of Hebert; her daughter[s], Darlene Reynolds and Tresa Goins Walsworth both of Hebert, Pam Phillips of Ruston, Debra Cole of Oberlin and Trudie Herren of Charlotte, N.C.; her brothers, R. B. McClanahan and Dan McClanahan all of Hebert; her sisters, Margie Roberts of Eros, Vera Woods of Monroe, Laura Pardue of Pomona, Ca., Edna Bass, Maxine Duchesne and Gwen Mosley, all of Hebert; eight grandchildren.

Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
