Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Acorn Ridge Baptist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Richard Wright and the Rev. Bert Seawell officiating. Burial will be in Pine Rest Cemetery in Robbins.
She was a native of Moore County and formerly worked at Pinehurst Textiles.
Surviving are daughters, Mary Lou Dunlap of Robbins, Phyllis Frye of Seagrove; brothers, Clyde Shields, James Carl Shields, both of Robbins; sisters, Louise Shields, Vera Mae Maness, both of Robbins; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
The family will be at Joyce-Brady Funeral Home, Bennett, 7-9 p.m. Sunday, other times at the home of John and Phyllis Frye, Riverside Road, Seagrove.
