Arther Parham, 103, 617 Kirby Ave., died Friday in Northeast Health Care Center after a brief illness.
Mr. Parham was born in Bisco, Ark., and had worked at a community school in Mounds City, Ill. He had been a member of Kingdom Hall.
Survivors include two nieces, Lillie Higgins, Muncie, and Shirley Staten, Cleveland, Ohio; and two nephews, Ross Rhodes, Muncie, and Alfred Rhodes, Cleveland.
His wife, Ethel Parham, died in 1973, and a daughter, Chorine Gravis, is also deceased.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Gill Funeral Home. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Calling will be 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
