FLOYDADA (Special) Services for Thelma Leona McCray, 91, of Floydada will be 3 p.m. today at City Park Church of Christ in Floydada with Doug Rainbolt, minister, officiating.
Burial will be in Floydada Cemetery under direction of Moore-Rose-White Funeral Home of Floydada.
She died Monday, March 29, 1999, in the Floydada Rehabilitation and Care Center.
She was born March 13, 1908, in Canute, Okla. She attended schools in Granite, Okla., and other communities in Floyd County. She moved to Floyd County in 1920 from Oklahoma. She married William Earl Oden in 1925 in Floydada. He died Aug. 26, 1966. She married Lloyd McCray on Aug. 28, 1971, in Floydada.
She was a salesclerk at Hale's Department Store, J.C. Penney's and Hagood's Department Store in Floydada for many years. She also was a homemaker.
She was a member of City Park Church of Christ and was a former member of Rebecca Lodge.
Survivors include her husband, a daughter, Eva Lee Nichols of Breckenridge; two step-sons, Larry McCray of Conroe and Steve McCray of Marble Falls; a step-daughter, Brenda Henderson of Marshall, Mo.; a brother, O.T. Buzz Allmand of Kent, Wash.; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and six step-great grandchildren.
