Mrs. Garner died Friday in a Dimmitt hospital.
She was born Feb. 12, 1906, in Indian Territory, Okla., and married J.H. Garner Jan. 5, 1924 in Floydada. A former Panhandle resident, she lived in Dimmitt one year.
Survivors include her husband, J.H.; a daughter, Mrs. Billye Meeker of Amarillo; a brother Buzz Allmond of Kent, Wash.; four sisters, Mrs. Leona McCeary of Floydada, Mrs. Vera Blankenship of Stephenville, Mrs. Ola Spencer and Mrs. Ila Mauger of Fresno, Calif.; three grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
