She was a daughter of Tom and Mrs. Mary Morgan and the widow of Lemuel Williams. Born in Surry County, she lived in Norfolk 50 years.
She was one of the oldest members and church mother of First Church of Christ Holiness, where she also served in the missionary circle.
Survivors include two grandsons, Walter Bailey and Wallace Bailey of Norfolk.
The body was taken to Riddick Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held in First Church of Christ Holiness Sunday at 1 p.m. by Bishop O. W. McInnis, pastor. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
