A Revolutionary War Soldier.
Enlisted in Sept 1777 as a Pvt.in Massachusetts militia,at Sturbridge (Southboro) MA in Capt. Benjamin Freeman's Co., Col. Jonathan Holman Regt. Served at the Battle of Saratoga and witnesses surrender of British Gen. Bourgoyne. Discharged rank of Sgt.
After the war moved to New Hampshire where his son Timothy Taylor farmed at Sugar Hills (Lisbon). Abraham farmed at Bethlehem (Lisbon) until his death in 1806.
