William lived Frontenac Counties with his father, James and mother, Julia and 1/2 siblings John, Elizabeth, Anastasia and his full-blooded, youngest sister, Susan. Then between Oct, 1866 and 1868, his mother, Julia died.
In about 1890, William emigrated to Chicago, IL. He rented from his future wife, Laura Lamb in the 1900 census. Then on Apr 28, 1904, William married Laura Lamb in Chicago, Illinois. William worked for and retired as an Engineer from the Illinois Central Railroad.
William and Laura lived in Chicago for almost 30 years. Then close to 1930, William and Laura moved to Lake Worth, Palm Beach County, Florida where the couple lived for the rest of their lives along the Atlantic Ocean Intracoastal Waterway at 121 South Lake Street.
On Nov 6, 1945 William died and was buried at Hillcrest Memorial Park in West Palm Beach, FL
